Dana's Chicken Salad Recipe

My family has a history of making excellent chicken salad. Aunt Mary Margaret, Mawmaw, Mom, all make great chicken salad and I was not going to let them down. This recipe makes a savoury and delicious chicken salad that is appetizing in every way.


Ingredients: Whole Chicken Cut Up 1/2 red bell pepper finely diced 1/4 cup Bermuda onion finely diced 3 stalks celery diced 1/4 cup sweet pickles chopped 1/4 cup dill pickles chopped 2 dashes beaumonde seasoning 2 dashes coriander 3 dashes chili powder Dash salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise

Directions:
Boil chicken til it is falling off the bone Drain and allow to cool Pick meat from bone. Finely chop the chicken. Add dry ingredients and chopped veggies Stir in mayonnaise Allow to chill and serve on sandwiches or lettuce leaves
