Honey White Sangria

Honey White Sangria

A beautiful drink and very tasty especially in Summer.  A nice Spanish style beverage for something elegant and different.
This is a good way to use up partial bottles of white wines if you like.

This recipe serves 8

1 750 ml bottle of Peach Arbor Mist Chardonnay
1/4 cup brandy
1/4 cup Patron Citronge
1/4 cup honey
1 liter of sparkling water
1 large orange sliced
1 cup raspberries washed and drained
2 nectarines washed and sliced
Suitably large serving container preferrably clear.
Chill all ingredients except honey prior to using.

Place orange slices and nectarine slices into serving container.
In a sauce pan combine brandy, citronge, and honey and heat stirring constantly just til honey is dissolved.

Pour into serving container over the slices.

Add chilled wine and sparkling water and stir well.
Add raspberries just prior to chilling. Do not stir them  or they will disintegrate!

Chill for 2 hours before serving.
